Investment Criteria

Deseven Capital invests in the catalyst phases of a company (early stage venture, growth, turn-around and re-structure) within the TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology) and Professional Services-sector. Deseven invests both financial and intellectual capital and participates strongly in operational management.

 

Deseven's objective is to have significant influence in the companies in which it invests, which means that we normally own 20-50% of the company or that we together with our co-partners own 25-80% of the company.

• Other private investors
• Management and entrepreneurs
• Small to mid size Venture Capital Firm

Deseven invests on average SEK 1-10 million in companies with a turnover of SEK 5-100 million annually. The total Deseven capital equals some SEK 200 million.
